What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQs depend on the piece and the metal. Daily-wear bands start at 48 pieces; bridal half-sets at 24; festive editions at 12. We can discuss lower quantities for first orders.
What is your typical lead time?
A sample takes 3 weeks. Bulk production runs 6–8 weeks from sample sign-off. Repeat orders ship faster — we hold wax masters on file.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export to twelve countries with IEC and GST documentation. Insured shipping, full HS code paperwork, and DDP options available.
Do you sign NDAs for private label?
Standard practice. We sign mutual NDAs before any design review and never co-mingle private-label moulds with our own catalogue.
