Can I send just a hand sketch?

Yes. A clear photo of a sketch is enough. Our CAD team converts it to a working file and shares a render before any cutting starts.

Yes. We accept loose stones, certified or uncertified. We document the stone on arrival and return the same stone in the finished mount.
A single sample piece. No MOQ on custom mounting — bulk runs are quoted separately if you want to scale a winning design.
Two parts: making charges (per gram or per piece) and stone/metal cost (passed through at procurement rate, no markup).
